MTV‘s got your first look at a teaser trailer for the CG movie adaptation of Eric Powell’s “The Goon”. The film, scheduled to kick supernatural ass at that there Comic Con shindig this week, comes complete with David Fincher as producer and Paul Giamatti providing the voice of Franky and Clancy Brown as The Goon. DAMN. I’d pay to see these two guys in a live-action movie.
No word on a release date for the film, or if it’s going direct-to-DVD or if it’ll manage to scratch and fight and punch its way to the big screen as originally planned.
Those attending Comic Con should start getting in line now for the “Goon” panel, which will start at 6:00 PST in Room 24ABC.
