Hey all you “Twilight” geeks! The time has finally arrived & what you’ve been waiting for for weeks on end is finally here. No, Edward or Jacob isn’t finally going to bite you in the neck or bite you elsewhere so you become an eternal vampire or wolf yourself, but the next best thing is here: the brand spankin’ new trailer for Bill Condon’s (“Gods and Monsters”) installment.
I see nothing special about it, but then again, I’m no mega-fan or let alone a fan of this franchise so eh. Seems pretty lame to me but I’m sure the fans will love it. It’s got Edward, Bella, a nice wedding, Bella freaking out over her baby, more Edward and Bella, CGI werewolves, Jacob…all your favorite stuff.
In the highly anticipated next chapter of the blockbuster The Twilight Saga, the newfound married bliss of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is cut short when a series of betrayals and misfortunes threatens to destroy their world. After their wedding, Bella and Edward travel to Rio de Janeiro for their honeymoon, where they finally give in to their passions. Bella soon discovers she is pregnant, and during a nearly fatal childbirth, Edward finally fulfills her wish to become immortal. But the arrival of their remarkable daughter, Renesmee, sets in motion a perilous chain of events that pits the Cullens and their allies against the Volturi, the fearsome council of vampire leaders, setting the stage for an all-out battle. The suspenseful and deeply romantic Breaking Dawn continues the epic tale of supernatural fantasy and passionate love that has made The Twilight Saga a worldwide phenomenon.
Bill Condon directs both parts, which stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Dakota Fanning, Jackson Rathbone, Anna Kendrick, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Maggie Grace, Michael Sheen, Nikki Reed, Billy Burke, Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli, Lee Pace, MyAnna Buring, Elizabeth Reaser, and Joe Anderson.
