The REC 4: Apocalypse Begins with a New Poster and English-Subtitled Teaser Trailer

Rec 4 Apocalypse (2013) Movie Poster

We already posted this same teaser trailer for Jaume Balaguero’s upcoming “REC 4: Apocalypse” last year, but there were no English subtitles then, and since my Spanish is pretty awful (if by “awful” you mean non-existent), then it was hard to tell what was happening. Well someone has gone and released an English-subtitled version of that same trailer, which you can take a gander at below, take a ganderers.

Also, for those of you who enjoy such things, there’s a brand spanking new poster that you can ogle above. So get to ogling, oglers.

Angela Vidal the young television reporter who entered the building with the fireman, manages to make it out alive. But what the soldiers don’t know is that she carries the seed of the strange infection.

Manuela Velasco, ace reporter, returns as Angela. Hopefully this time our little Spanish Lois Lane will have a little help fighting off them zombies.

So how exactly does Balaguero’s “REC 4″ tie in with franchise co-director Paco Plaza’s odd, demon-themed “REC 3: Genesis”? I have absolutely no idea. Plaza left the Found Footage stuff behind for his movie, and here’s hoping Balaguero does the same with “Apocalypse”. You really can’t tell for sure from this teaser, since it’s just cobbled together from footage from the first two movies.

“REC 4: Apocalypse” ends it all next year according to the poster.
