The Movie is quite interestin with its graphics, the lighting and technique that is used but as far as the story is concerned it has hardly much to give. For entertainment once its one can watch. everything is suspence since we dont know what comes next on the screen except that the hero will win..

Bad movie aside, insulting people, most of which didn’t like the movie and pretty much agree with you isn’t the way to make friends. then again maybe that’s why you don’t have any and need all that precious time you wasted back.

you must have the worst taste in the world… dont EVER review a movie again! your opinions are that of a 10 year old child. The Scorpion King 2 is a sorry excuse for a movie. And as far as the movie not being historically accurate is irrelevent to the far out style this movie was made on. The producer was aiming for more of a middle eastern style then actual accuracy. WHO THE FUCK CARES IF THEY DONT LOOK REAL! ITS A FANTASY MOVIE! besides that useless fact you pointed out. The acting was down right HORRIBLE! either they had a bad script to play with or they just plain suck. I will agree with you on one note though, Wanted was a decent movie. But the way you tried to advertise it was pathetic…

I bought the dvd last night for $15 dollars australian.

It has to be the worst movie I have seen for a long time.
The script is weak, the visual effects pathetic.
I enjoyed scorpion King and thought that this was the sequel. Silly me.

My reccomendation is not to put your self through the pain and suffering
in watching this crap movie.

This movie was excellent. It met every aspect of an action flick I’ve been hungering for. Top notch action and CGI. I really felt like I was part of this movie experience. Honestly, Sargon instilled terror in me. Couture played an excellent evil king. The girl as well as Fong’s comic relief also added to this movies charm. Mulcahy really made this movie shine, and there is almost nothing to add to this movie. Out of a score of 100, I would have given the movie 95/100 primarily because actually Akkadians couldn’t have sculpted a statue like the statue of Sargon, primarily because their techniques did not actually allow statues to embody the space around them, nor was many of their statues were free-standing. The clothings too do not accurately represent the natives of the middle east during those times.

Overall, the movie production of the comic book Wanted is an excellent movie. I encourage you to watch it. The action mixes a bit with Fight Club and the Matrix, and the action scenes are really, really intense. There are many twists in the movie as well. For those who are not into the Matrix, this movie would feel a bit cartoony to you. Also, fans of the comic, do not feel betrayed, because this movie was and will always be better than the comic.

Yep – I had expectations that this would lead the Scorpion King to the darker side – how he got his first army, what made him want to kill everyone blah blah you know a sequel.

Honestly – very disappointed – it was kind of a prequel but not really – You see Mathayus became the Scorpion King by Killing Memnon – there was no reference to this dude at all in the film – So you have to assume after he kills Couture, Memnon somehow comes through with his army – we might as well have wrote the story it at least would have been what we wanted, not some piece of shit that has damaged a mediocre movie.

Don’t waste your time with it, don’t spend $30 on it – it’s not worth either…

Really boring movie. The moment I saw that The Rock was not the lead character I had my doubts. Then I looked up data on the lead character and read that he’d been a Power Ranger! That meant there’d be lots of pointless jumping around in all directions.
There was.
But still, I thought, there may be something there.
There wasn’t.

Cons:
1. The goddess of the underworld does not exude royalty or power. She simply talks like a slut and has this guttural growl that sounds to fake.
2. Mathayus looks like a boy!
3. His chick is too macho.

Pros:
1. The chinese dude, (Fong, is it?). He provides a few good laughs. But then towards the end, as he is trying to put out the fire, he jumps around a lot and does a few flips that are oh so pointless.

I agree, this movie could hardly get any worse. I mean, GOD….I’m a huge UFC and MMA fan, also a lover of relatively crappy movies, (I liked the first Incredible Hulk) but come on!!! Every time Randy opened his mouth I wanted to cry, literally, and I’m a 6′4″, 220lbs Black Man for God sake!! There were a couple laughs, like when you first see the “grown” Mathayus and he does the “People’s Eyebrow” lol, other then that ….1/2 a star at most.

Wow, man, thx for the review… i like to collect movies that are worth my 30 bucks, (i buy blu-ray) and this review just justified my reason to put this movie in my “netflix” queue instead of my “collection” box….
