Bodhi Grrl, reading comprehension is your friend. “The Strangers” has and was advertised as being “INSPIRED BY TRUE EVENTS.” Key word: Inspired. Not “based.” Inspired. It’s an “exaggerated claim” if you insinuate things that have never been stated.

WELL,I THINK THAT THIS WAS AN AWESOME MOVIE ITS TRUE AND NOT LIKE ANY OF THE OTHERS SCARRY MOVIES.I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE PEOPLE ARE FOLLWING THEM EVERY WHERE AND AT THE END HOW THE STRANGERS DRIVE OFF AND THEY SEE THE 2 BOYS AND TAKE THE CHURCH PAPER AND DRIVE OFF….I REALLY LOVE THIS MOVIE I THINK THAT IT COULD OF BEEN BETTER BUT STILL AWESOME AND SOME WAS FUNNY SOME SAD AND SOME JUST PLANE OUT STUPID….HAHAHAHAHAHA LOL

Most of todays horror moives are lame and contain no genuinely scary scenes at all. But The Strangers was actually a good movie which was actually scary.Like the author who right the review they may have made a few mistakes to surviving like in all horror movies, but this was the first horror movie where the vitims actually used their intelligence.Firstly they did use the car but the strangers rammed them, and their tyres were slashed. They did grab a butcher knife and they did hide in a room with only 1 etrance point with a shotgun. This is something I have been saying for years. But to give the author of the article some credit, yes the tripping over when running, the not grabbing a weapon in the shedand the not using the radio right was a bit repitive and stupid. But what gets me is that you can use a mobile phone whilst its charging. But at the end of the day its a movie,and the movie has to end with them being killed, so give the director some credit. The truely scary thing about this movie is the lack of motive, and this mixed with the masks of the killers will deliver a fright to every viewer

and all in all this movie is worth watching.
