The Walking Dead Season 4 Second Half Preview (SPOILERS)

Lauren Cohan, Emily Kinney, Andrew Lincoln, Chad Coleman, and Norman Reedus in The Walking Dead - Too Far gone

Holy crap. Did they really kill off that guy and that guy? Damn!

Well one thing’s for sure, it’s a good thing I was never really that big a fan of the Governor, even though I think David Morrissey is a hell of an actor. Let’s face it, the character ran its course about halfway through last season. Giving the Gov two episodes to “re-introduce” him to the audience was smart, because it made the prison showdown even more effective.

Tonight’s “The Walking Dead” was, of course, the Season 4 mid-season finale, which means you’ll now have to wait a whopping two months before catching the final batch of episodes for the season.

I have to admit, I wasn’t a big fan of the whole “internment” story arc, and I still can’t believe what bad shots these people are when they’re shooting at live people. Still, “Too Far gone”, the mid-season finale, was a hell of a way to go out, and I actually wish they had gone this hardcore in the Season 3 finale. But hey, better late than never, right? At least they nipped the whole Governor storyline in the bud.

The second half of “The Walking Dead” Season 4 premieres in February. Here’s a look at what’s coming up:
