I think Shia Labouf would do an excellent job, he’s funny and has a lot of charisma, its plenty of what Tobey gave so I vote for him, also, love the site!!

I liked Angarano’s screen presence in FORBIDDEN KINGDOM – none of that LaBeouf crap-dust. Dunno much about Fugit – so f**k it (wonder if it rhymes?).
I’d vote for Angarano amongst the two, though I’d suggest the following:
- JOSEPH-GORDON LEVITT
- EMILE HIRSCH (not sure if he can pull off the costume though).

I’ve seen both actors in several projects – Angarano in “Will and Grace” and in the recent “Forbidden Kingdom” and Fugit in “Almost Famous” (his breakout role), “Dead Birds,” and “Wristcutters: A Love Story” – and I have to say that Fugit is the better actor. I wouldn’t mind seeing him step into Spider-Man’s shoes (or tights). Maguire, who became a father around the release of Spidey 3, has been back and forth about whether or not to do anymore Spidey films. When the box office results came in, he was a lot more positive about a return. Who knows. The guy certainly doesn’t need the money.
