The reason she was covered-up more in the first season was she was pregnant during the filming. This is also the reason behind her leaving the regular job and going to work with FBI.

Well, at least they’re finally playing up Sarah Shahi’s hotness. She looked very douty and covered-up in the first season. I loved the show, nonetheless, and am glad its’s back.
