Not content to just fight zombies with his fellow survivors on AMC’s “The Walking Dead,” Daryl (aka Norman Reedus) is breaking loose and starring in a new movie with “Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman, who is producing. The film is currently in production and is directed by videogame director Christian Cantamessa, making his directorial debut.
“Air” co-stars Djimon Hounsou and Sandrine Holt, and finds Hounsou and Reedus playing “two custodians who struggle to hold onto their sanity living in an underground bunker with cryogenically frozen people meant to re-populate society.”
You can read an interview with Kirkman about the movie here.
No word on when you can expect the sci-fi thriller, or where, though sometime 2015 looks like a fair bet.
