Check out the first trailer for “In Bruges” director Martin McDonagh’s latest, the surreal crime comedy “Seven Psychopaths”. I’d like to tell you not to take this thing too seriously, but honestly, if you just saw the 2-minute trailer below and still insist on assigning some silly “logic” to this movie, then you, my friend, are seriously messed up. Sorta like all the characters in the movie, actually. But I digress. Here’s the trailer for “Seven Psychopaths”, which once again only proves my theory that dogs are the root of all the world’s problems. Or was that blondes? Either/or.
Written and Directed by Oscar®-winner Martin McDonagh, the comedy Seven Psychopaths follows a struggling screenwriter who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends kidnap a gangster’s beloved Shih Tzu.
The impressive cast of looney tunes include Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken, Woody Harrelson, Abbie Cornish, Tom Waits, Olga Kurylenko, and Gabourey Sidibe.
The psychos come out to play October 12, 2012.
