More than 11 years after the last “Scream” movie (part 3 in 2000), Dimension Films has now set an official release date for “Scream 4″ — April 15, 2011. The plan calls for franchise director Wes Craven to return to direct from a script by franchise creator/writer Kevin Williamson. Also back are original stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox Arquette, the trio working alongside a group of new, younger actors who, according to previous story rumors, will be carrying on the franchise torch once it’s passed on fro the original three. Remember when Neve, David, and Courtney were the “younger actors”? Sheesh, where has all the time gone?

So what are the chances that Sid, Dewey, and Gale survive part 4? Stay tune to find out.
