Take a gander at your first look at Will Smith and Josh Brolin on the Bronx, New York set of “Men in Black 3” yesterday. In the sequel, Smith’s suave, wisecracking MIB character Agent J goes back in time where he meets a young Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones’ character, now played by Josh Brolin as a younger man) and must save the world from an alien menace or some such. You know how this thing goes, it ain’t exactly brain surgery. Expect more Tomfoolery, lots of sight gags, and if the first two movies are any indication, shockingly shoddy CGI.
The film also stars Alice Eve, Emma Thompson, Nicole Scherzinger, Rip Torn and Johnny Knoxville. Barry Sonnenfield, who directed the first two films in the series, returns behind the camera for the third time around.
“Men in Black 3” saves the world from the scum of the universe one more time on May 23 2012.
