Will Smith and Josh Brolin Are Men in Black … Suits from MIB 3 Set

Take a gander at your first look at Will Smith and Josh Brolin on the Bronx, New York set of “Men in Black 3″ yesterday. In the sequel, Smith’s suave, wisecracking MIB character Agent J goes back in time where he meets a young Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones’ character, now played by Josh Brolin as a younger man) and must save the world from an alien menace or some such. You know how this thing goes, it ain’t exactly brain surgery. Expect more Tomfoolery, lots of sight gags, and if the first two movies are any indication, shockingly shoddy CGI.

The film also stars Alice Eve, Emma Thompson, Nicole Scherzinger, Rip Torn and Johnny Knoxville. Barry Sonnenfield, who directed the first two films in the series, returns behind the camera for the third time around.

“Men in Black 3″ saves the world from the scum of the universe one more time on May 23 2012.

Wow he really does look like a younger Tommy Lee Jones. I actually can’t wait to see what they do with this, as the episodes of the animated show that dealt with time travel, and a younger K, and the formation of the MIB were great, plus they gave the show one of their best villains, Alpha the former Agent A.

Yeah, they got lucky with Brolin’s resemblance. I wonder if this is designed to be a reboot, cause the basic plot sounds like it could go the “Star Trek” ’09 route

I don’t think so. Much like the episodes I think this is just the idea of an Alien trying to stop the formation of the MIB. I don’t think they’re gonna reboot it because seriously Smith and Jones are the heart of the franchise.

Wow!. In the first pic, from his nose up, he looks exactly like Tommy Lee Jones.
