Please look closely at the spolier picture on the internet… as you can see it looks like a movie prop of a Werewolf and it is from the story plot in season 2 or 3 I can’t recall about the Native America legend of the SkinWalkers. Like the show the ending of the episode a man of the tribe told Agent Mulder “Hey FBI man see you in about…8years.” And Agent Mulder said “Lets hope not.”

Please don’t get confused. That article was written by a person who never watched the show so doesn’t know anything about The X-Files, he just got access to the audition sides, which are in fact excerpts from several episodes scripts. They did that to avoid real plot details to spread all over the internet. He read them and put them together and the result was a weird and meaningless plot.
