X-Men First Class Might be Adding Some Bacon

Another day, another “X-Men: First Class” casting news. The latest has Kevin Bacon, he of a gazillion movies that you can connect to anyone in the whole wide world, is in negotiations to play the lead villain in Matthew Vaughn’s “X-Men” movie.

Since the negotiations are still ongoing, there are no word on what character he’ll be playing, and honestly, I haven’t a clue what kind of character Bacon would be perfect to play from the world of X-Men. With the film following a young Magneto and Professor X (Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy, respectively), it’s anybody’s guess who will end up being the movie’s villain.

Any guesses?

I always thought Dulph Lundgren would make a good Cable.

Gonna say Sinister, though I'd love to see the ShadowKing, played by John Rhys Davies.

Even though I agree that Sinister is a good choice, shadowking would be more keeping with the comic.

Hmm… should be one of the “older” villains: A homo sapien or homo superior? I'd like to see him as Sinister, not sure if he commands that much authority to play the character though.
